-----------------
T.I.M. is Freeware as long as you create Icons for privat use ONLY.

products or if you use it for any other commercial purposes, you HAVE
to contact us to negotiate an appropriate fee.

copyright law, and subject to both criminal and civil penalties!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, discontinue the
use of T.I.M and remove it from your computer system and destroy any
other backup of it.
The programer assumes no liability for damages incurred directly or
indirectly from using this software.
INTRODUCTION
------------
The program T.I.M. was designed to create your own 256-color Icons
for the use in Windows.
For displaying these Icons you NEED to have at least a HiColor
graphics adaptor.
The source for the Icon has to be in Bitmap (*.BMP) graphics file
format with a 256-color palette and 32x32 pixel in size.
Use any paint program to cut out a square patch of a picture and use
the resample option to get it to the right size for an Icon which is
32x32 pixels.
An original package should contain following files:
TIM.EXE MS-DOS Version
TIM.DOC this file
*.BMP several sample pictures
HOW TO USE T.I.M.
-----------------
You can use TIM either as a commandline application typing
TIM filename[.bmp]
where filename is the name of the .BMP file you want to convert
(the extension is optional),
or by starting TIM.EXE itself. You will then be prompted to enter
the name of the .BMP file.
In both cases you can also use wildcards:
TIM * would convert all .BMP files in the current
directory.
TIM ?all.bmp would convert all .BMP files ending in 'all'
e.g. 'wall.bmp', 'call.bmp', 'ball.bmp'.
